Web design is not a sequence of lines in a markup language. It is not just a graphical design either. It is combination of user-experience design, information architecture, communication design, user-interface engineering, usability engineering, industrial design and human-computer interaction.

Neither web design is a tool looks good but does nothing nor a powerful machine that nobody can use. It is an experience of usability with a good looking interface. A well-designed website pilots the user, offers a visual satisfaction and gives the information needed.
